1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our business. That falls into three categories:

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message when you use our contact form or write to us directly. If you apply for a role, this also includes your CV and anything else you send.
• Information collected automatically. Standard web server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring page and the pages you visit.
• Information from third parties. Where you have made professional information publicly available (for example on a job board or professional network) and we use it to contact you about a relevant opportunity.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask about.
• To assess job applications and, with your consent, to put your profile forward to prospective employers as part of our staffing services.
• To administer contracts, invoices and the ordinary running of a client engagement.
• To improve this website and understand which content is useful.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

• With prospective employers or clients, where you are a candidate and have consented to your profile being shared for a specific opportunity.
• With service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, applicant tracking and analytics — under contracts that restrict their use of the data.
• Where the law requires it, including in response to a valid legal request from a competent authority.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, where the recipient is bound by equivalent commitments.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how it is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; blocking them will not stop you using the site, though some conveniences may not work as intended.

Where we use third-party analytics, that provider processes data under its own privacy terms in addition to ours.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as we are legally required to. Enquiry correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months. Candidate profiles are retained while there is a reasonable prospect of a relevant opportunity, and removed on request. Records required for tax, accounting or contractual reasons are retained for the statutory period.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
• withdraw a consent you previously gave;
• stop using your details for marketing purposes.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information — access controls, encryption in transit, and restricting access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority where we are required to do so.

8. Terms of use

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and for genuine enquiries about our services and careers. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, use automated tools to scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that disrupts service for others.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and marks on this website — including the Neptis Technologies, LMS Campus and FreeGhar names and logos — are the property of Neptis Technologies Private Limited unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photographs used on this site are licensed stock imagery and belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but content is provided for general information and may change without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the site, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
