Our services

Talent when you need it. Software when you're ready.

Six practices, one delivery team. Take a single service or combine them — most clients start with staffing and end up handing us a product, or the other way round.

IT Staffing & Talent Solutions

Open roles cost more than the salary you're not paying. We fill technology positions quickly without lowering the bar — because the people writing the screening questions have done the job themselves.

  • Contract staffingRamp specialists in for a project, a peak or a gap, on our payroll.
  • Contract to hireWork with someone for a few months before making it permanent.
  • Permanent placementFull-cycle hiring for engineering, QA, data, product and leadership roles.
  • Offshore & managed teamsA dedicated squad in Bengaluru that reports into your leads.
  • Volume & RPO supportCampus drives, bulk hiring and recruitment process outsourcing.

Product Development

We take products from a rough idea to something running in production with real users on it. Two of them happen to be ours, which is why our estimates tend to include the unglamorous parts.

  • Product discoveryWorkshops that turn a wishlist into a scoped, sequenced roadmap.
  • MVP buildsA focused first release that proves the idea without burning the budget.
  • Enterprise platformsMulti-tenant SaaS, role-based access, integrations and reporting.
  • Legacy modernisationIncremental rewrites that keep the business running while you move.
  • Maintenance & supportSLA-backed support once you're live, including on-call.

Web & Mobile Applications

Interfaces people can use without a training session. We handle design and engineering together, so what gets designed is what actually ships.

  • Responsive web appsReact, Angular and Vue front ends on REST or GraphQL APIs.
  • Mobile applicationsNative Android and iOS, plus Flutter and React Native where it fits.
  • UI/UX designWireframes, prototypes and a design system your team can extend.
  • E-commerce & portalsCatalogues, payments, self-service portals and dashboards.
  • Accessibility & performanceWCAG-minded markup and Core Web Vitals we actually measure.

Cloud, DevOps & Managed Services

Releases should be uneventful. We set up the pipelines, infrastructure and monitoring that make deployment a non-event, then hand over the keys — or keep running it for you.

  • Cloud migrationLift-and-shift or re-architecture on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • CI/CD pipelinesAutomated build, test and release with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
  • Containers & orchestrationDocker and Kubernetes, sized for what you actually run.
  • Infrastructure as codeTerraform-managed environments that rebuild identically every time.
  • Monitoring & cost controlAlerting, log aggregation and a monthly look at the cloud bill.

QA & Test Automation

Quality is cheapest when it's early. We build test coverage alongside the feature work rather than bolting it on before a release everyone is already nervous about.

  • Functional & regression testingStructured manual passes with traceable test cases.
  • Automation frameworksSelenium, Cypress, Playwright and Appium suites wired into CI.
  • Performance testingLoad and stress profiles so you find the ceiling before your users do.
  • API & integration testingContract tests that stop a partner change breaking production.

Data, Analytics & Automation

Most companies already have the data they need — it's just in six systems that don't talk to each other. We connect them and put the answers somewhere people will look.

  • Data pipelinesETL and ELT flows that land clean, documented data on schedule.
  • WarehousingModelled warehouses on PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflake.
  • Business intelligenceDashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Metabase that answer a real question.
  • Process automationWorkflow and integration work that removes the manual copy-paste.
Engagement models

Pick the shape that suits the work

We're happy to change model mid-engagement if the work changes. Most clients do.

Dedicated team

A named squad working only on your product, reporting into your leads and following your ceremonies. Billed monthly per person.

  • Best for: long-running roadmaps
  • Scale up or down with 30 days' notice
  • You direct the priorities

Time & materials

Pay for the hours used against an agreed rate card. Ideal when scope is still moving or discovery is ongoing.

  • Best for: evolving requirements
  • Transparent weekly timesheets
  • Start small, expand as it proves out

Fixed scope, fixed price

A defined deliverable, a defined number, a defined date. Works when the requirement is genuinely settled.

  • Best for: well-defined projects
  • Milestone-based payments
  • Change requests handled formally

FAQ

Questions we get asked

For mainstream stacks we typically come back with a first shortlist within three to five working days. Niche or leadership roles take longer — we'll tell you at the briefing which category yours falls into rather than promising a number we can't hit.
Yes. Permanent placements carry a replacement window agreed in the contract, and contract resources can be swapped on notice. The specifics are set out in the MSA so there's nothing to argue about later.
That's how most of our engagements begin. One person, a trial period, then a pod if it's working. There's no minimum team size and no penalty for scaling back down.
You do. All source code, designs and documentation produced under a client engagement are assigned to you on payment. We're happy to sign your NDA and IP assignment paperwork, or use ours.
Yes. Our delivery sits in Bengaluru and we regularly overlap with European and US time zones. For offshore teams we agree core hours up front so there's a reliable window for standups and reviews.
It depends on skill level, duration and model. We publish a rate card during the proposal stage rather than a headline number on the website, because a senior architect and a mid-level developer aren't comparable. Get in touch and we'll send real figures.

Ready to scope something out?

Send us the role description or the product brief. We'll come back with a shortlist or a proposal — usually within two working days.
